Director, Office Manager Mooloolaba & Body Corporate Manager
Evan is the managing partner of the KBW Sunshine Coast office. His involvement with the company dates back to 2005 at its inception. Evan has been pivotal in formulating and implementing innovative company systems and processes, particularly for the key Mooloolaba branch.
Evan is a member of the SCA (QLD) and currently manages a varied portfolio of commercial and residential complexes. As a former bank manager for many years, Evan has extensive financial services and banking experience, including working overseas for international institutions.
Graham & Marion Wareing
Graham and Marion have recently retired from the day to day operations of the KBW Wide Bay Office, however are still actively involved in the business on a Consultancy basis, sharing their extensive knowledge of the body corporate industry.
Our Hervey Bay Office was established in 2003 and Brian Towers and Steven Brunjes now manage the Wide Bay portfolio.
Director/ Body Corporate Manager
Bob’s involvement in the body corporate industry started in 2005 with the part purchase and amalgamation of two body corporate management practices, which formed the foundations of KBW today.
Previously, Bob was a retailer for 16 years and also spent 17 years in the banking industry, the last two of which were spent as a financial planner.
Bob has a strong understanding of client needs, coupled with a deep knowledge of business management. Bob is based in Brisbane and manages KBW’s assets from Bribie Island to the New South Wales border.
Body Corporate Manager
Carolyn has been a body corporate manager for 16 years, initially with KBH Management then through the transition to KBW Community Management. Carolyn’s portfolio includes residential and on-site managed buildings, commercial and industrial complexes.
Previously a real estate agent with her own agency, Carolyn is conversant with many aspects of accounting and trust accounting and is familiar with the many similar facets associated with both industries.
Her networking and sales ability, combined with her knowledge of related industries, is advantageous to the company and its clients. In recent times she has added major assistance with the refurbishment of older buildings to her growing list of skills.
Strata Title Specialist
With more than 15 years experience in the property industry (11 plus years as full time Body Corporate Manager), Paul is well qualified to provide excellent client service as a body corporate manager and consultant.
Paul has expertise in the legal requirements of property management and he has set up many Community Titles Schemes for KBW and past companies. He is experienced in establishing strata schemes and enjoys consulting to KBW clients.
Paul is a practitioner member of the SCA (Qld) and is highly experienced in identifying and resolving issues, particularly for building maintenance and renovation.
Body Corporate Manager
Mikayla joined the KBW Community Management Team in 2007, having had previous experience in the industry.
She successfully managed the position of Personal Assistant to five Body Corporate Managers and has contributed significantly to the growth of the KBW company.
She now holds the position of Body Corporate Manager and has completed a Certificate IV in Property Services (Body Corporate Management).
Mikayla is well regarded within the industry as an approachable, high-level professional, and is a practitioner member of the SCA (Qld).
Body Corporate Manager
Brendan is a member of the SCA (Qld) and manages a portfolio of residential and commercial properties from the Sunshine Coast to country Queensland. After an early career in the aviation industry, Brendan brings his more recent experience in conveyancing and property law to his position as a Body Corporate Manager with KBW.
He enjoys the professional and personal aspects of dealing with body corporate owners.

Joining KBW Community Management in October 2013, Steve’s professional experience stems from 7 years in the insurance industry in sales as well as leadership and development roles and later 3 years in Commercial Real Estate in sales and property management.
Steve’s previous experiences have enabled him to settle into his role as Body Corporate Manager quickly with strengths in client relationships, building maintenance and accounts management.
A local in Hervey Bay, Steve’s portfolio of buildings extends from Kingaroy through to Emerald and Steve is very proactive in securing new buildings and working with developers with strata set ups.
Body Corporate Manager
Jim brings a wealth of life experience to his role as a Body Corporate Manager with KBW, having spent more than 37 years in the banking sector with 20 years of that time in the position of Senior Relationship Manager and trusted business advisor to his clients. Jim also has substantial experience in the real estate sector (having held a Principal’s Licence), and the building and mining services industries (including a Diploma in Project Management). He has served as a board member on the boards of a number of companies and community groups. Being a resident of the Fraser Coast for the past 16 years, he has an expansive knowledge and understanding of commercial and residential developments in the region.
Jim prides himself on excellent client service. His experience and knowledge coupled with a genuine and supportive approach, enables him to provide sound support and professional advice and guidance to body corporate owners and committees.
